ever since. Nancy’s quilts have appeared in national and international shows, and have
been published in several quilt magazines, both in the US and France.

Nancy's quilt "Windswept" was accepted into the new book
500 ART QUILTS, by Lark Publishing 2010 (see page 336).

Her latest competition quilt,

“A Work In Progress”, won
First Place in Appliqué
in the 2011 Hoffman Challenge
and is currently traveling for
a year.

Two of Nancy's quilts were selected to be published in the
new book, Texas Stars III: Texas Quilters Today 1985-2011,
University of Texas Press, publisher, 2011.
I love the feel of the fabrics,
the textures, the colors, and
the process of layering
various textiles in order to
realize my visions.
After learning traditional
quiltmaking methods, I
began creating original
designs for my quilts and
fiber art pieces.
I am currently exploring
surface design techniques
using paints, fibers, and
various embellishments,
and having fun creating
fabric postcards.
